Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Please note that orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Melbourne, Australia.
Shipping Method & Tracking:
All items are shipped via registered or tracked mail/courier.
A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Excentricismo is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Shipping Risks & Responsibility:
Ownership and risk of the item transfer to the buyer once the item is dispatched and in the possession of the carrier.
Excentricismo is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping provider or events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, COVID-19 delays).
Insurance is recommended for high-value items. Any insurance cost is the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (for international buyers):
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply.
Excentricismo cannot be held liable for customs delays or additional charges.
No Returns or Refunds Policy:
All sales are final. Excentricismo does not accept returns or issue refunds.
Please read the item description carefully before purchasing.
If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, we will assist with the carrier to lodge a claim, but we cannot provide a replacement or refund.
Fraud Prevention & Scams:
Excentricismo reserves the right to cancel any order if suspicious activity is detected.
Only payments made through eBay-approved methods will be accepted.
Claims of “item not received” or “item not as described” will be investigated using tracking information and communication logs. False claims may be reported to eBay.
