Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Please note that orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Melbourne, Australia.

Shipping Method & Tracking:

  • All items are shipped via registered or tracked mail/courier.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Excentricismo is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Risks & Responsibility:

  • Ownership and risk of the item transfer to the buyer once the item is dispatched and in the possession of the carrier.

  • Excentricismo is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping provider or events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, COVID-19 delays).

  • Insurance is recommended for high-value items. Any insurance cost is the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (for international buyers):

  • International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply.

  • Excentricismo cannot be held liable for customs delays or additional charges.

No Returns or Refunds Policy:

  • All sales are final. Excentricismo does not accept returns or issue refunds.

  • Please read the item description carefully before purchasing.

  • If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, we will assist with the carrier to lodge a claim, but we cannot provide a replacement or refund.

Fraud Prevention & Scams:

  • Excentricismo reserves the right to cancel any order if suspicious activity is detected.

  • Only payments made through eBay-approved methods will be accepted.

  • Claims of “item not received” or “item not as described” will be investigated using tracking information and communication logs. False claims may be reported to eBay.
